Weird??? What is so weird about it? Authorized is always known from SOS so the only thing he would normally confirm is the OS which is all that really matters anyway. Below is an excerpt from the previous attorney letter filed years ago and again the same format. Only the OS is mentioned not the AS. It is also from a different attorney. But maybe he was a crooked one to eh? lol I think not.

Weird that the lawyer went out of his way to highlight separately the O/S, but his interest in pointing out the A/S was negligible. No attorney trying to establish the facts of a company would fail to inquire the A/S and make note of the huge increase in his letter.
