HFBG management are the only ones controlling the PPS and that is a very hard fact. With the A/S increase there is a high likelihood that they will dilute even though management has stated they won't need it. It's a common story amongst Pink Sheet companies.
Nobody is controlling the PPS from a message board.
The constant blaming of people and entities manipulating stocks on message boards has gotten so old and dreary.
People are here telling their opinions about HFBG and the old tactics done by the old CEO's and management and are here to say watch out, they could do it again.
If it's not the opinion some hold then it's no opinion at all. Life is a two way street. Accept that and stop pretending people are shorting this stock when they are not.
Sorry, lasernat, his letter says otherwise. It's the 25 May 2010 version that the lawyer "deemed" correct. Deemed, indeed. That attorney has got some explaining to do. Not to mention the company principals. Hopefully, one day, they'll need explain it to the SEC.
