On January 1, 2010, the Company entered into a new employment agreement with Alexis Korybut as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The term of the agreement is for one year, and provides for an annual salary of $120,000 and a signing bonus of 50,000,000 restricted shares of the Company’s Common Stock.
