Maybe it`s early to be "talking" of any law suits. But that does not mean "you" can`t start to think. Almost all on this board assume ACLH has to prove their innocence. IF the Basics of what ACLH says is true IE Rights to fluidizer and such. Then it`s my belief the SEC will have to show cause.
Not to get into it more but all we have is the SEC complaint. The second part - ACLH claims testing. Yea ? But the opening statement- SO-Called fluidizer ?? And everything after is based on a phony product ??
