It's not - at least not alone. Shorting, possible dilution, gagged TA and lots of sellers bailing or chipping away at the stock price also. The PR only happened yesterday, and pps was around 0019-002-0021, so at 0018-0019 it hasn't dropped that much. I think everyone wants to know if it will keep dropping though, especially with TA gagged.
