REMEMBER, TAC Air IS MERGING with TADF and assembling an AWESOME team of knowledgeable professionals and what they bring to the merged company more than makes up for any short commings with this growing Company and recent Q reports. You just don't go and lease Supertankers and let them sit idle. Common sense should be telling those of you that are "setting on the fence" to give this Company a chance! Dollybama

well you insist on still posting and talking about the aquistion than i think it is time you stop ducking the post aquistion stock structure...

currently you are over 1.5 billion shares o/s..your pr states the company you are aquiring will own 46 percent of the company..

Are you planning a reverse split of the stock...
do you currently have a block of o/s that is in a third parties account that will be turned over to them that is currently counted in the o/s

are they getting a block of 2.5 billion shares and you giving yourself a block of 1 million shares more..

since you have put out a pr on the bio of the future aquistion and still insist on posting on this board about it,i think it is time you stop avoiding the question posed to you by own investor relations firm,the board moderator here on this thread asked you that question via pm in which you told him it was not the time..

you made it a point to post that the ceo's have sold less than 1 million shares,but funny how a third party managed to raise over 600k in cash to pay for a promotion to pay off your 12 creditors so that you can move forward...
