Marilyn,

The Sprint/Clear 4g has really been an amazing solution for me. At home: it works with our ipods/ipads, Nintendo Wii, it works as a broadband internet backup for when comcast ISP is down, and it works as the router for our wireless print server. On the road: it continues to work for the ipods, works in the car with a cigarette charger, and the best part -- it works to connect securely to my wife's VPN while at hotels. Many hotels do not have internet access that works with corporate VPNs, so this is a huge benefit.

Good luck getting yours!

MHendri33, I don't know which model of DLink wireless router you have, but many of the DLink models are 802.11 G standard, and max out at 54 mbps, that is pretty fast, but may not be as fast as 4G advertised.

I will say this, if Sprint 4G is actually giving speeds even in the 54 mbps range in the real world I would be surprised. I don't mean what is advertised, I mean real world.
