sometimes i wonder if the unspeaking majority (~75MM shares) share my views on the screwing beset upon them and are dumping their shares to skull seaside in the deal, too -
It is very possible that they negotiated the deal they are happy with and are not looking to making further profits on PPS rises. If it comes great if not OK. So they may sell as they go without looking at prospect of news coming or not coming. We don't know and really should assume they will be selling. What is important is getting the news WE need. That is why we are invested. IMO
