Worst case scenario; BS or perceived BS continues, we lose.
Middle scenario: BS stops, company does just ok, this stock recovers a bit and maybe we make some money.
Better scenario: BS continues trying, but company does better than just ok (launches, tv ads, spokesperson in time, confirms licensing rights), we make a lot of money.
Best case: No BS, company does better than ok, we maky a lot of money.

i'll take the odds at three out of four that i'm making money here by staying around a while.
