You need to look just a wee bit deeper, smd. You are taking an incredibly superficial approach to this.

I just dont think drilling results are going to do it...

If this is the case, I beg you to enlighten us about what in the world will attract JV partners? If not results that prove our resource base, then what? Scott's wonderful personality?

Sure, the JV and uplisting PR's are going to have a bigger immediate affect on the SP, but we have some business to take care of before those are possible, dontcha think?

This is a STEP-BY-STEP process to maximize shareholder value. You can't just sign a JV and uplist BEFORE you prove up any resources. It just doesn't work that way.

SMD, I was not suggesting that assay results are the cure to fix our pps. I realize they aren't. What I'm saying is that I think that this is the last hole before they update the NI report, and I am suggesting that my suspicion is that they will announce that the NI report is being prepared in the same PR that they announce DDH-10-82 assays, and I think the announcement that the NI is being prepared may help. Additionally, I believe we are due an announcement that they will be drilling at Shining Tree or have already started, and since it's gold and gold is hot, then that ought to be worth something for our share price.

I agree with you that uplisting and JV are the only true catalysts to get us moving, but I do think Shining Tree drilling, announcement of an updated NI report being prepared and ultimately released, as well as an additional advisory appointment in the finance arena could also help.
