It's only confusing because you're not aware of the big picture. 350M was not and is not the total funding. Last I heard qasp had more than double that amount coming to them from the bond fund source. If the Chicago group meets our terms, they can participate. If not, we go around them and deal directly with London and others involved. We can get all of it from London, or just part of it if Chicago comes through. I suspect the only reason Dean is still considering Chicago is because they may be a little closer to the cash time wise than we would be going through London, but he won't be paying a premium for the few weeks he may save by letting Chicago still play.
