Possibily you can clarify and UPDATE: PLEASE
1) What is status of 350 MM LOAN ? on 5/25 you advised we were on track.
2) Speaking of 350mm Loan... you have any idea of public foat on QASP..??? I am NO rocket scientist (obvisouly) but doing a little math on the side of this mornings newspaper says maybe only 250 mm shares in non-committed hands??
In Feb A/S increased by 750 mm to 1.5 billion to give 350mm loan investors 40% of outstanding shares or 600mm, ( restricted for 3 years class B) and now Newby gets warrants on 150mm,, rough estimates that STRONG HANDS on QASP IHub board control 300mm,( probably low) and Dean and Insiders control another estimated 200mm shares that comes to... lt me get the pencil.... 600+150+300+200 = 1.25 BILLION leaving only 250 mm lying on the floor... are there any A/S that are not yet issued?

3).. I am not correct that it was reported that NEWBY approached DEAN on the 110 mm loan.. and NOT QASP contacting Newby?
4) If the 350mm loan falls thru are these 350mm shares then available for DEAN to sell into the market?
5) Just to recap the LOANS so I understand the liability of QASP... A) The ONLY security the 350mm loan carries is the 600mm shares ( 40% of A/S) and B) Newby 110 mm loan is secured by leins on ALL ASSETS of QASP..??
Do I have that correct...?? Anyone else care to comment..??
