This is why I never hold a stock over the weekend, or even overnite(unless I'm stuck),SEC suspensions are rare but pretty devastating unfortunately

Yep, the M&M's over shorted this because they thought it was going down... Now it is going up they want to stir up bad news to force it down. They report it to the SEC then SEC has to act, I think the news will be good and M&M's will loose this little game they are playing as all will be restored and run up it will. IMHO.
