Basserdan:

Agree with RR, but the wave 2 bottom dicates 340 gold.

There is now doubt gold is in a new up 5 wave advance, but it is going to take into the 2012 timeframe to complete, trade it.

Anyhow, what is the value of the US government, how much land do they own....Alaska alone (timber, mineral reserves), what is this worth!

The US may not be as bankrupt as one thinks..............

Just an opinion.

sold the rest of my gold fund for some nice gains. while i dont necessarily think the run is over, i wanted the monies for other areas and put proceeds into semiconductor sector fund ahead of intels earnings

would be interested in a position again possibly as early as late this week or early next week. i do like how the dollar stopped right smack dab in the middle of my proposed topping range of 83.7 to 84 (that is until it goes to 85- gg)

If deflation does enter the picture, I believe we would see an absolute panic for real money -- gold. With everything around us going bankrupts because of unsustainable debt, gold would shine like, well, like gold.

Basserdan - how would Miners perform in such an environment. Or in other words what would be more profitable to own. Gold or Gold stocks.
