As per 8) first sentence. One piece of evidence I use is from the Quarterly:

GoIP Global emerges on this rapidly growing market with its own original direct
response marketing service that connects marketers with the mobile users on the
users' request. The mobile users only need to send their search keywords to
Go800 service, and Go800 presents the request to the companies that signed up
with the service for specific search words. Go800 allows these companies to
contact the person who typed and sent keywords into Go800 service.

Allows them for now in the free period, but come June they will be contacted again and determine if they want to continue the service.
