You're absolutely right with respect to the price of Oil~
The 31st,or a week from today is the cutoff date for filing the 10k.
Jim Westmoreland told me a couple of weeks ago that he fully intends to submit that on time,and that there were no worries with regards to submitting on time.
Should be an interesting read,I'm expecting some helpful forward looking guidance as well.
