Yeah .. I saw that. Very strange that the advisor that the company hired would screw up like this. Certainly an unprofessional scenario. How do they not know that the reverse merger had not consummated?
However, I do have a hard time believing that, except for the merger not occurring yet, the information that the advisor provided could be that off. If the numbers are correct the trailing EPS number will be around $0.50
Regardless, it seems that the company needs to raise a substantial amount of funds which should lead to significant dilution. Will be interesting to see if this stock gets "hyped" at some point like SCOK.
Tells you how rigged this space is. Invesment advisors and IR firms are appointed via relationships and referral fees instead of on qualifications.
