Your honor, I agree with Counselor Birdman Bob! He has brought convincing evidence to show that a JV would be extremely beneficial to all parties. Therefore, I have not put my words behind his recommendations, no, no. I have put my money behind his ideas.
For my next witness, I bring up the interesting and relevant fact that Vale would never, ever, ever, be busy buying whatever it can grab in the same area where KAT holds a key and strategic property, unless VALE felt it would be a superb area to invest in and reap huge profits.
Please turn your attention to Exhibit 54. You will notice that without any news at all, KATX stock has rocketed and is still in an upward trend even this day! The wise among you will know exactly why so many millions of shares of KATX are being sold every single day for MONTHS!!!! The stock has gone from near one penny to 20 cents in a few months, not years. That is like a ten dollar stock rising to 200 dollars in a few months. But even more importantly your honor! KATX continues to rise even while I stand here in court before you and the jury!
Exhibit 55! Your Honor!! Please look at this chart and notice that there is no coincidence that VALE just happens to own property surrounding KAT Exploration! VALE is not run by dummies!
The VALE people have wisely put themselves in an excellent position both physically by locale, and financially through investing by buying up the surrounding areas.
