I read somewhere this lawyer is representing the shareholders. Ain't that a crock! I don't recall hiring a lawyer by that name and I'm a shareholder. I digress, he might be a good guy and have our best interests at heart ... on the other hand there might be a "conflict of interests" (that's a throwdown term some lawyers (pronounced li -ars) like to throw down). If he's representing us SHs how's come HE didn't have the nuts to say so?
