the restricted shares remain as they were and there has been ZERO dilution by the company of its stock into the market as I said earlier and the other shares were used to pay bills and this was ALL BEFORE THEY ACQUIRED HM3. Make no mistake these people are all professionals who know and love what they are doing or thye would have already retired. A few people on this website or any other website will haver little to NO effect on the future of this company no matter how much they want to say its not for real. And if our employment background was as good any of the members of HM3 managment we would be very confident of ourselves.
