Well Laser it appears Mr. Studdard is about to make the foolish mistake of hanging with the other two. It will then be clear where he stands. He was offered a fine opportunity to cut and run and if there was any doubt in his mind we were bluffing he is about to find out. His failure to hand the reins over to Floyd, Van Ryder, and Kampa (it apparently is his choice to make since he is the BOARD of this dying cockroach of a company) and forces the expense of a shareholders proxy vote to oust him he will only buy some time and 160,000,000 +++ that are on a team that he is not. 3 or 4 dictators are not going to work their strongarm tactics here in America and slide. It's clear that Mr. Dillon and Mr. Skipper have incited the wrath of all but themselves in this debacle - nary a single friend to be found because nobody wants to be associated with flim flam, failure, and deceit. It was real simple - a useful technology patented and marketed and serving the common good from breech in security on the net. Hell no. They come in, take a man and feed him a good dose of bullbutter about how they can make him rich, and he buys it. Years later he's broke, mired in debt, and still letting their putid smoke blow up his arse.
