Hey Rick,

I am still thinking on jumping into KATX. You are very familiar with this interesting pinkie. I would like to ask you whether there is a calculation anywhere what the stock price based on the value of all mineral deposits (usual procedure in mining industry) could be once they start extract them? F.I. in SRSR the spreadsheet (I think the moderator Ontareeo worked it out) gives an estimation the price could be 1-5 $ within cca 4 years. I think in KATX, much of it may be already factored in actual price. No pump, just serious value.
