Rates are quoted in annualized numbers. Cars, houses, commercial loans, etc. It's not a twist on numbers. No matter how you slice it was a lot. And it shows what they can get. Not much.
More importantly, one has to wonder why the pps is heading towards the 30's and not the 50's.
