This would be far more exciting than any contract. Tomorrow will be a very interesting day. There are a lot of expectations but a very nice surprise of a buyout would be so so great!!!!!

I think it's possible but so far it doesn't look like they are organized to do this at all. They still have 100,00 gallons of a second type of dispersant sitting in Texas. I think once they get organized the answer is going to be the same one BP always relies on -- buy it all.
