I read a report that it didn't actually smell so sweet at the during the demonstration, but there was some distinctive smell in the air.
Given that they need to do a stack test, I also wouldn't presume it going to be a "simple air permit" until the permit has been issued.
Lastly, if you're considering a P2O franchise in southern California, your air permit with the South Coast Air Quality Management District won't be nearly so simple as the one issued by NYSDEC. Air permit requirements vary from state to state.....and California is tough. I loathe dealing with the SCAQMD....they want to regulate everything down to an individuals flachelence.
