OK, so you kind'a look like a Mexican. Let's say you were visiting Arizona and everywhere you went, someone demanded to see your ID. Would that bother you?

I'm kind'a on the fence here. What if we did the same to Japanese Americans? What if they did it to Jews?

While I would love to see stronger border controls, how Constitutional is it for us to start demanding papers from people? Sounds just a tad like Nazi Germany.
On the other hand, I need a new roof and appreciate cheap labor.

hubby and I argue about the same thing. He's a liberal so of course he thinks it's "unfair." But you're right, illegal is illegal whether you're Latino, Irish, Jew, Asian, Middle Eastern whatever.

Just so happens it's a little more difficult for others to break the law as they're not a hop skip and jump away.
