Please show that statement in its entirety with a link...If it was a website update I doubt the words since my DD sticky would have stated that very clearly...As it is my DD sticky clearly states they will sell shares occationally

Dear Shareholders,
2010 has been very interesting thus far. Management would like to comment on a few items that have transpired:
· The 5mil reduction of owner-controlled shares is still in the works but it has been delayed due to time constraints related to completing the 2009 Form 10k
· In order to better position the company for a future financing deal, it was more prudent to issue treasury stock (to maintain their Restrictive nature) for some debt retirement. We do hope that this was the last increase going forward into the summer
· It is worth repeating that no news is good news for the next few months as Eternal Image works with Matthews on developing a complex line of Vatican Observatory products to be unveiled later this year
· Our website will be temporarily taken down in the near future for reconstruction as we seek to greatly improve the Company’s web presence
· The auditors will have our 10k completed and ready for filing by the April 15th deadline. Contrary to prevalent rumors, we do not anticipate negative feedback and in fact are very bullish about what effect the 2009 Form 10k will have on our stock and EI's corporate image
Management would caution those involved in campaigns to devalue ENTL stock that Eternal Image is a fully reporting company and we maintain the right to have the SEC investigate these actions. We are attempting to grow our company within the shadows of industry giants and will not tolerate intentional malicious acts.

ETNL is filing regularly, maybe with some extensions but none the less they get the paper work filed. In all the growing pains and out of.. all over the counter stocks have I yet to see a company do the best they can and support the commuincations process than Eternal Image. So for every slam attempt lets keep a balance that the shareholders make their own choices that no one come here to persuade others to decide one way or another. Thanks for pointing out your opinion. Those that support the company and encourage them to maintain steady growth as reflected in the filings are the ones that really matter. Drive by's don't mean much. Fly By's are fun but thats about it..
