We are using several just like you said (Branding keywords)... We are also starting to use local words.

For instance area code 704 will contact our sales person who covers that area. We will use the same keyword for all area codes, this brands us as well as keep everything local as well.

This is cool stuff... Our distribution (Supply Chain) loves the idea! They are young and really use texting.
