it WOULD be insider information/trading. You do not have to be an employee at all to be guilty of insider trading.

if one of the ambassadors posts insider info, then we could all, technically, be guilty of insider trading.

obviously that wouldn't happen but i am sure the ambassadors are under contract to not divulge any clients or business info.

Goig would be foolish not to have that language written into the contracts
