Thanks FFF - I understand the BK was probably filed in Nevada but the original loan was made in Utah and the contract states that the loan documents will be interpreted according to Utah Law. I understand also that the BK judge may make a decision that has nothing to do with what the contract states.

I am sure David does not have as much stock as Marcus, Eric or Mark but I am pretty sure that with his support of Mark over the years he owned enough WUCC stock that in the merger he probably got 10's of millions of shares of CPRK (he was involved long before Marcus and Eric entered the picture). Not in the same league as the other three but still "substantial" if the shares were worth anything. Reason enough for him to want to do what he can to salvage something - - if he can.
