Hi there, geo. Nice to see you here, I don't understand this stuff much, but I love reading and learning. This price has been so strong and, no, price can not go straight up; however, it can come close. This is one company and team that wants to build real exploratory value and I think they will know how to capitalize on that for them and the shareholders. I like the moves Mr. Stead is making on the finance / business side of things.

Geo_Newfie, your clarification is really useful and the more DD we collectively share the better we all can be at decision making, so thank you very much for sharing. If you have any more insight please do come back and post it!

Here is the USGS page on Handcamp: http://tin.er.usgs.gov/vms/show.php?labno=750&place=fCA05

What is particularly interesting is the Economic Information section:

Copper grade 2.62%
Zinc grade 0%
Lead grade 0%
Gold grade 13.4g/mt
Silver grade 56g/mt

The USGS database holds records for 40 Felsic volcanogenic massive sulfide deposit sites in Newfounbdland. Bob compared the Handcamp Economic Information with the other 39 records and Handcamp came out with the highest grades. Of course that is by no means the whole story, but it's just useful to show how the conclusion was reached!

Re the black smokers, I am sure I came across a video which another KATX investor passed on to me that shows the process. Fascinating stuff. If I can locate it then I'll post it!
