I am glad this board exists. I'm not getting any info from company PR's which raises a question. What information justifies a press release and what is the frequency of communication we should expect from our company?
I would argue milestones have passed that justify communication to investors:
- $1,000,000 deposited for the JV in Albania notifying the deal was approved & going forward
- Generator being shipped and high level plans
- $4,000,000 private placement - Are we building more generators for quick deployment if Albania is successful or creating a stockpile for other potential Sales/JV's?
- Arrival of generator at the site and when to expect first oil (even if it is only at 50% production)
I am grateful for the resourcefulness of this group in collecting and sharing information. However, this board only reaches a small number of investors (probably existing investors) and is not an effective way to communicate to the larger investment community. Our company could experience amazing success but if the message is not distributed it will not be reflected in the stock price.
If the information collected on this board is correct we are probably weeks away from having oil pass through our patented technology! If successful it will be a game changer for Albania oil and very well may be a game changer for heavy oil assets in challenging locations around the world. Now, if you disregard the information shared on this site and look at Sonic posts... Are we sharing our story? Do you get excited about our prospects?
I am very aware of the difficult economic times being experienced around the world. Regardless, good news is good news. In my opinion, the current stock price is not a fair representation of our opportunities and potential. Our stock price is reflecting the information communicated to date. Telling the companies story is part of management’s responsibility to shareholders (Maximize shareholder value).
Just my two cents.... I’m curious to hear others thoughts on this.
