What part of nondisclosure makes it ok for other companies to disclose but makes it against the law for ERHE to do the same.
Disclosure of material events is mandatory under SEC regs unless of course you hire expensive attorneys to find some loophole which says otherwise. Like we really need these high dollar lawyers for any other purpose.
