the ultimate red herring statement...just another management shill. since when is releasing information that shareholders should know against the law. if anything they should be concerned about not disclosing enough and getting in trouble with the SEC and/or shareholder lawsuits.
Actually all public companies are in exactly similar circustances as is ERHE. Past investigations should not be allowed to influence current decisions. And awful communciation is awful communication. And incompetence is incompetence.
