I have found that you need really good lawyers to cover your ass when you are making really lame excuses. Lawyers do what they are told to do. If they are told to find a legitimate reason for not disclosing anything they will. And in this case they have. It's crystal clear to me, but I guess you refuse to see what is obvious to everyone else.
