If we are guessing, I'm going to say August 20th after hours, the POR will be up for all to read, enjoy, and anticipate a glorius Monday opening bell. The powder keg will have been lit with a 48 hour fuse and this board will explode with joy, cash, and amatuer travel agents booking the trip of a lifetime. My opinion and dream scenario of course :-)
