The removal authorized shares in itself is negative. That is exclusively a shareholder action and AEB blatantly states the shareholders have no choice in the action. Ie he dictates all matters of your company. Yet, he has NEVER shown that authority, he simply took it.
Reduction of authorized does NOTHING about dilution and, offense or no offense to these guys, anybody believing that is totally niave. Barnett has already done one unilateral reverse split while holding the authorized and he can do it again, This reverse split w/o reducing the authorized is EXACTLY the same as an increase in the authorized leading to possible dilution.
Don't these guys get it? Barnett has seized TOTAL control of the company and he can change tomorrow! If he wanted to take care of the company shareholders, well...that appears impossible if he has already pocketed the millions it is alleged he has.
