Earnest, It would be pretty stupid to put money down on a rig if they were not going to get the lease approved like you have said all along they would not. OOPs, they did get the lease did they not.
I guess they can put some money down on the rig now if they havent already. Oh and buy the way, could you give me a link to prove they have not put any money down??
