In my Post #58850, there was an honest mistake. The statement should have been written as " ... Those seven (Midwood Holdings, LLC, Midwood, LP, Strategic Value Partners, LLC, Strategic Value Special Situations, Master Fund, L.P., SVP Special Situations LLC, and Victor Khosla) ... ", not " ...Those eight (Midwood Holdings, LLC, Midwood, LP, Nasgovitz, William J., Strategic Value Partners, LLC, Strategic Value Special Situations, Master Fund, L.P., SVP Special Situations LLC, and Victor Khosla)..."

That's exactly the thought that came to my mind when I read the list posted by local. I right away "connected" that statement by Goffman and I figured that's what he was talking about.
