OK, you all need to be real and understand how business works these days.
I run a general contracting company, that does over $6 million in sales annually, BY MYSELF and my husband, we have only a home office, and contract to the US Army, Commonwealth of PA, local and county municipalities.
WE DO NOT NEED A FANCY CORPORATE OFFICE in order to contract huge contracts. We are able to secure funding equal to the numbers and more, one time I borrowed $6 million for a large project, and that out of my house.
My sister operates a $40 million optical chain FROM HER HOUSE, no fancy office.
This is the age where huge deals can be brokered by smart entrepreneurs, and if it is indeed that Spire is such a firm, so be it. THAT'S WHY THEY CALL IT AN EMERGING BUSINESS.
At the end of the day, the financing is available, this is public record as per the press releases, and Spire has connections in order to get the $$.
I invest in equity start up businesses frequently and deal with people who work out of their house.
IT DOESN'T matter where Spire's office is. IMO
