Well it's not that easy. If they don't grow they won't get a PE of 6, heck they didn't get a PE of 6 for the last few months while they had nice growing rates. Look around in the china small cap space. There are at least a dozen companies which grow by 20-30% and which are trading below a forward PE of 6 right now.
I am very disappointed with the numbers but I think this fall is excessive. I just sold 25,000 shares in JADA to buy 6,000 shares in this company and a few in CCME.
