Well, that is good at least but I assume the auditor change remains an important aspect for NASDAQ one way or the other...either having a larger auditor was a requirement for uplisting and we are now in better standing with NASDAQ and closer to uplisting or the change delays our uplisting for a while.
Of course, it may be quite possible that that we have already received acceptance to the NASDAQ once we can maintain a $4 share price for 30 days. That would be my preference. We shall see:-)
