I believe we'd previously discussed the possibility on the board as sale to the leasing agent, Green Healthcare Financial Solutions. Depends on the structuring of the sale/lease, but I'm guessing it would book as a contract. I've seen no statements by MCLN, other than the original announcement about the agent last year in late March.
