I didn't say anyone said that anyone was dumping shares. I said that I have bought a lot of shares lately and nobody is dumping. In other words, if somebody was selling a significant number of shares, in a deliberate attempt to 'hold it down', or there was a mad rush for the exit, I would have noticed. Some days I have accounted for a third or more of the volume. Trust me on this one. Trades of a thousand shares or so, of a 15 cent stock, are insignificant. If some think they are manipulating the price of a 15 cent stock by selling 1000 shares at the bid, then they are delusional. It's not happening.
