Waterwisp, That was a very good post. The free users here are here because of the features Matt has offered users up to this point, that exactly what brings most newbies here in the first place. Matt's success up to this point has proves this to be a fact.
Far to often people forget how they got to where they are and do as Lownumba suggested and limit those features after they’ve got an audience, IMO this only frustrate people and chasses them away leading them to the ultimate loss of that once successful venture.
IMO, Matt is on the right track with opening up and expanding on the Happy Hour concept, I'm asked all the time when it is as folks just don't know, how can people use a feature when they are not aware of it or when it’s available.
IMO, Matt should have expand Happy Hour in a 3-hour time frame that is both EST & PST friendly and it should be in a bright color and perhaps a flashes when it's happy hour reminding both the freebie and paying member it's happy hour so that we all can take advantage of it, it's a great time to promote a board.
