I have no idea what the judge will decide and neither may the judge or anyone else. As of now nothing has been presented to the judge.
It is my understanding that the 24th is the date set for presentation and/or argument. That could and may well be postponed, for various reasons. The judge, and you and I have no idea of what may or will be presented to him. So while everyone can and most people are speculating wildly about what is or isn't going on and happening, no one can know. Just have to see what's presented and listen to what's argued.
