In light of the favorites running on average +200%, I'm going to discontinue putting the favorites in as a sticky just as soon as we have something to replace it with. Perhaps use it as a slot to post news of the day on a board pick or an interesting article.
Primary reason to discontinue the tracking of it is because Mike and I are scared to add new picks to our favorites list out of fear of "diluting" the return because unless a pick runs +200% or triples, its average will bring down the return. But in reality one of our top favorite picks may be something that we're only looking for a 100%, 75%, 50%, or even 20% or less return on since this is the SWING trade board.
This will free us up to come up with hopefully a lot more picks and trading ideas going forward. We will continue to maintain the fake swingtrade portfolio as that is a more meaningful measure and more fun anyway.
