Is "recently" the backward looking version of "soon" ?

Here's a copy of Climax Lease data from the RRC website that I copied back in March, that covered reports up to December 09. It shows the active production history I'd pointed out here before while it was an American operated well... and it shows a transfer of operators took place in Dec 2008, shifting the lease operator from American to Springfield. The change of operators doesn't necessarily mean that there were any ownership changes... but it might mean that ACLY et al actually disposed of the properties in Dec 2008.

Might be useful to ask the question... what does PGPM actually own right now, both in terms of subsidiaries, and in terms of directly or indirectly held leases. Is Springfield operating this property for ACLY or PGPM... or, do they own it themselves ?

I haven't done it, but you might correlate the dates here with other known events... timing elements in the RRC filings I linked before, related to RRC action on other associated leases, etc.
