When EVXA released that statement, many people took it as negative by saying that it would take upwards to a year to begin operations, and that they are broke and just releasing this information for their own benefit....and so on..
Just read the posts my friend...bottomline is that you can't please everyone..
However...I beg to differ...and believe in the mgmt team of how they are handling this.
