if this is peck which i hope it is, than with a qtr with numbers then i see no reason for not to bounce, because the dilution is already figured in the price. but if this isn't him and this pps is at .0015 or lower and he adds that 400,000,000 it only make since it's crashing with numbers or no numbers in the qtr.
i was upset before but i think this was the best way to increase the shares onto the market. he replaces his shares with the new ones.
as far as rs, too far ahead for this little brain! lol
with numbers i think we're going to be alright, if he has already add his shares, i might buy more. probably after the 20th when i think when the new shares come out. correct me if i'm wrong on the time table.
